About the Author

Zshonette Reed

From childhood, Zshonette had just two goals: to raise healthy children, and to find God and serve his purpose. So it’s no wonder that these are the topics of her writings. Fortunately, she has achieved both of those goals and is willing to share her discoveries in writing.

At age 9, Zshonette developed an appetite for reading non-fiction books such as How to Win Friends and Influence People, The Art of Loving, and The Power of the Subconscious Mind. At 17, she joined a patriarchal religion and became an avid student of the Bible and an effective minister. At 40, she went to law school, graduated at the top of her class, passed the bar on the first attempt, and opened her own law firm one month after being sworn in.

While she pursued her legal career, Zshonette never lost her love for God and desire to serve His purpose. In 2011, she began an online ministry to her former religious association to empower them as children of God. She has written hundreds of articles on religious topics and, with her ministry partners, currently conducts four online ministries: AskSeekandKnock, TheChristExperiment, FaithSonsofGod, and AnointedJW.  In each ministry, she welcomes comments and questions, and has answered hundreds of inquiries.

Zshonette’s religious journey has led her to appreciate the beauty and power of the simple religious philosophy of "the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man." She believes this philosophy transcends and unites all religions and all social ideologies and, if it’s implications are understood, can change the world.

She continues to work part-time as an attorney and part-time as a teacher and minister. She is the mother of two, grandmother of four. She currently lives in Los Angeles County, California, with her son and his family.
